By accessing, browsing, or using the VelvetList Classified website (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and VelvetList Classified (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such amendments.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.

Each User may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination without refund.

The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years old.

We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

All listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. You are solely responsible for all content in your listings. All photographs must depict the actual person offering services.

Listings are subject to moderation review. We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or edit any listing at our sole discretion without prior notice.

You may not post content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or invasive of privacy; promotes trafficking or exploitation; involves minors; or contains malware.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and may report content that may constitute a criminal offence.

The Platform and its content are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the Platform.

All prices are in GBP inclusive of VAT. Payments processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime — benefits remain until end of billing period.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase. Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Tokens are virtual currency for boosting listings. They have no monetary value outside the Platform, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Purchased tokens do not expire.

We reserve the right to modify token pricing at any time. Changes will not affect tokens already purchased.

Use the Platform respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, and abusive conduct are prohibited. Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.

Report violations using the Platform's reporting tools. We may issue warnings, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are a classifieds platform connecting users — we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any advertised services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability for negligence, fraud, or death/personal injury.

Attempt to resolve disputes informally first by contacting support. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may refer to mediation in England. Legal proceedings governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of Terms. You may delete your account from your dashboard settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform and email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
